1. Create An Account and Login

In order for us to treat you, we need to learn a little bit about you. Please provide us with your name and all vital information including medical history, insurance and other health related information. Once you have created an account, an email will be sent to you with your confirmation code. Follow the instruction in the email and then Login.

2. How can we help you?

When you login, you will be asked to confirm your information and provide us with more information regarding payment and your symptoms. In order to save time and make sure we accurately diagnose and treat your condition, you will fill out a form describing exactly what type of condition brings you to us today. Some conditions are not appropriate for treatment through a virtual visit but many are. Once we know that you are eligible for a virtual visit, you are clear to proceed to consultation.

3. Consultation

With a wait time of under 15 minutes, you will receive a face to face consultation with one of our compassionate and experienced healthcare providers. After a thorough diagnosis, you will receive a care plan and, if appropriate, a prescription to help you get on the road to recovery.

Q: Do I talk to "real doctors"?
A: Yes. You only talk to actual doctors who are U.S. board-certified, state-licensed family practitioners licensed to practice medicine in the U.S. and living in the U.S. When you request a visit, you will be connected with a doctor licensed in your state.

Q: What about emergency situations?
A: This service is designed to handle non-emergent medical problems. You should NOT use it if you are experiencing a medical emergency.

Q: Is my electronic health record kept private?
A: Health records are kept totally private just as if you were at your regular doctor's office. At all times, your information is kept private and safe.

Q: Can I use it for my family?
A: Yes, this service can be utilized by your family and dependents.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Your visit will cost $40.00 and it can be charged to a credit card or debit card. Virtual visits qualify for HSA reimbursement so you can submit claims to your HSA spending account. Insurance will not be filed.
